Welcome to Focus India Tour. By booking any tour, travel package, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Focus India Tour.
• The balance payment must be made before the tour commencement date as specified in the booking confirmation.

2. Prices and Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, currency exchange rates, or supplier charges before booking confirmation.
• Full payment must be received before travel documents are issued.

3. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents.
• Focus India Tour shall not be liable for losses arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Travelers must comply with local laws, regulations, and instructions provided by tour leaders, guides, airlines, and authorities.
• Any costs arising from non-compliance shall be borne by the traveler.

5. Changes by Customer

• Requests for changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Any amendment fees charged by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers shall be payable by the customer.

6. Changes by Focus India Tour

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or sightseeing arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided where possible.

7. Force Majeure

Focus India Tour shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Political unrest
• War
• Airline disruptions
• Strikes
• Weather conditions

8. Liability

• Focus India Tour acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and activity providers.
• We are not liable for acts, omissions, negligence, accidents, delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability.

10. Health and Safety

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in the tour. Participation in adventure activities is voluntary and at the traveler's own risk.

11. Complaints

Any complaint must be reported immediately during the tour so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
